The Variety Kids Christmas Party brings the magic of Christmas to life in a safe, inclusive and joy-filled environment. Delivered across Perth and regional Western Australia, it’s a day of connection, celebration and shared experiences for children of all abilities and their families.
Variety provides access to sporting and community events – creating memorable, one-off experiences for children and families across Perth and regional Western Australia.
Variety experiences are for children and young people in Western Australia who are sick, living with disability, experiencing disadvantage or chronic illness. Experiences are generally offered to families who have applied for or received support from Variety WA
Experiences may include inclusive events, activity days and special outings designed to be accessible, engaging and fun for children of all abilities.
All Variety experiences are free to attend, thanks to the support of our generous donors and partners.
When experiences become available, eligible families are contacted directly with details on how to apply or register.
This depends on the experience. Some events are designed for the whole family, while others are tailored for individual children.
Yes. All Variety experiences are designed to be inclusive and accessible for children of all abilities, with individual needs considered wherever possible.
